Returns/Exchanges for Lamp items:

Sea Above Us is committed to providing excellent service and the highest quality salt crystal lamps and products. Each product is inspected before shipping and extreme care is taken in packaging; However, we want to keep our customers happy so for your convenience if your lamp becomes damaged in shipping we will gladly replace it. Simply repackage in original packaging and box with all pieces and return the item. (customer is responsible for postal charges on return items). Upon confirmation of receiving the lamp a new one will be issued . Because all of the lamps are unique and one-of-a-kind, we do not offer refunds for color or shape discrepancies only exchanges for damaged merchandise on lamp products. Please report any damage within 3 days of receiving for replacement.
